• Returns: You can return your silicone baby brush within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bubblychild.com.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please email us at info@bubblychild.com with details and a photo of the issue.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, used baby care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
